Majority of the residential construction going on in our country is either carried out by small scale contractors or by the owners themselves. They usually don’t have the means and resources to make their construction fast, reliable, less waste generating, sustainable and manageable. According to a survey carried out by Construction Industrial Development Council of India in 2011 about 95.5% of the construction companies in India are small scale enterprises. We as a team has planned to help these 95.5% of the enterprises in the construction industry of India. This project will contribute in improving the efficiency of the small scale construction happening across the country.
The small scale industries are not actually thriving in recent times in our country. They suffer a lot because of poor management, lack of inventory management and proper scheduling. Seeing these problems gave us this idea of our project. Being able to help the not so proper construction projects is our motivation for the project.
We want to innovate the current trends to improve the efficiency of the projects by improving the design of the structure for a specific room sizes or for a respective plot areas.

We as a team are trying to bring this to change to equip all individual with an option to carry out their own constrction with all the resources in hand.
